Built for manufacturers with physical products

You built the brand. Someone else owns your customer.

Not anymore.
Where traditional distribution goes wrong

A distributor sells your product. They do not build your business.

01

Customer relationship

Your distributor is the one with the customer relationship, not you: they can walk away with every dealer and every end customer.

02

Market intelligence

Which ads work, which channels, which markets: the distributor keeps that data, not you.

03

Implementation control

When their incentives and yours conflict, whose plan gets implemented?

What it costs you

Here is what your current setup is costing you.

A distributor's markup can double your landed cost: earn $2M in Europe and your distributor can make roughly $2M on top.

The alternative

Modern Distribution

Everything a distributor does, in your name.

A European warehouse holds your stock. VAT and compliance are handled properly, market by market. We find the dealers, present your brand, and close the orders. When something breaks, we drive to the warehouse and fix it.

The difference is whose name is on all of it. The dealers are yours. The customers are yours. Every order and every conversation sits in a CRM you own.

We run the operation. You own it.

Because distance shouldn't cost you ownership.

Where this came from

We built this because we needed it ourselves.

For twenty years we were Europe's master distributor for our product. When the margin disappeared, we became the manufacturer instead. Three years of engineering, tooling, and debt.

Then Brexit took away the one advantage we had: being inside Europe.

We kept 100% of our dealers. Not one left. We went on to become the largest spreader manufacturer in the world.
