We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you give through our cookie banner. For full details see our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate contracts, including our website hosting provider and Zoho (for our booking form, CRM and analytics). We may also disclose data where required by law.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, and client records for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for legal and accounting purposes (typically 6 years).

9. Complaints
If you are in the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EEA you may complain to your local supervisory authority. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
